Improvements
I have asked my tearcher to give a comment about the student magazine which I have created last night. The ideas and points which either I have to look out for and maybe improve on are:
- there is no mention about the price
- change the title eg. make it bigger
- Summer School, places highlights straight under Summer not in the middle

Photo for the School Magazine
I have asked several people to comment on my blog in order to find which picture I should use for the cover magazine. Most of people agreed that I should use the first photo. As the result, I have used photoshop in order to make the background in black and white in order to put more concentration on Tom and Tim.

Photoshop: Experience
During the lesson, one of the tasks had been to play around with photoshop in order to get to know the programme and different functions better. Our class, had to choose and select a randomn celebrity and create a music cover magazine. These are the steps which I have followed in order to create the product, which you can see above.
- choose a person ( preferably mid close up)
- add a barcode, in order to make the music magazine look more realistic
- choose or create a title for the magazine, in this case I have called it M, M for music
- put the price and issues number and date of the magazine
- key content- what would the customers read about in the magazine
To conlude, I have certainly feel more confident with using photoshop in order to create two magazines for our media project. In the next weeks or so, I will be able to finish my student magazine, and it would very nice to find YOUR feedback about it :D

Photoshop Activity
In this task I have learnt about different tasks and able to:
Use basic tool functions and navigation
Use layers
Select and crop images
Change colour and use filters
Add text and canvas
To start with, we had to use an example image in order to do the task. Our class had to follow through different stages:
Stage 1: Selecting the grab
Stage 2:Changing the background
Stage 3:Adding the lemons
Stage 4: Cropping the image
Stage 5: Adding canvas
Stage 6: Addind text
Stage 7: Other filters
Stage 8: Saving our work
My experience
I have used photoshop for the first time in my life, and to be honest, found the task pretty difficult. But by going through the stages which were set, not only,I was able to finish the task but also gained experience for the magazine which I would have to edit using the same programme.

Issues with the poll
The first poll which I have created is not working, instead of adding another poll on the blog, instead I would add the questionnare as one of the gadgets on the right hand sf the blog.
My Poll
May you please do my poll, in order to find out the appropriate name for the school magazine. There are variety of options- choose your favourite one. Thank you
